Invent ideas for film project or branded content campaign. Direct teams of creative writers, storyboard artists, film directors, etc to work effectively. Collaborate with the producers to obtain knowledge on framework, schedule, and any other production requirements.

As the Program Advisor, I play a pivotal role in shaping and executing this event in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. I provide strategic consultation to ensure the forum meets its objectives and resonates with participants.My responsibilities include designing comprehensive curation guidelines and indicators, handpicking a team of curators, and overseeing the entire curation process to highlight the most promising film projects. I also architect the event's key components, from pitching forums and workshops to one-on-one "speed dating" meetings that facilitate meaningful connections between filmmakers and industry stakeholders.Additionally, I select and engage with VIP guests, ensuring their participation adds significant value to the event held in Yogyakarta. To foster inclusivity and community engagement, I actively collaborate with local film communities, ensuring the forum is a unifying platform that benefits all stakeholders.

As a Guest Lecturer in New Media Production at Binus University Film, I leverage my extensive experience as a filmmaker to enrich the New Media Production class. My role involves sharing real-world insights and practical knowledge in film production, fostering a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics. I am also responsible for leading film industry-related discussions on the Binus Maya Global Learning System (GLS), engaging students in the evolving landscape of media and technology through interactive, thought-provoking sessions.

I am responsible for identifying and selecting short film projects across Indonesia for potential funding through the National Economic Recovery Fund (PEN). This task is undertaken in collaboration with my colleagues, Alexander Matius and Fransiska Prihadi, who bring their expertise to our joint curatorial efforts.
