Drove supply growth by working with key stakeholders across the commercial real estate industry including, property owners, commercial brokers, developers, architects, land use consultants, etc. Developed a comprehensive market launch strategy framed around local policy and regulations as well as internal financial modeling and overall supply growth goals. Key Accomplishments:• Cultivate a network of multi-family and hotel developers on the West Coast with projects pre-certificate-of-occupancy in order to integrate the Sonder model into the construction and stabilizing process. • Develop GTM strategy for West Coast expansion, including policy and regulation adherence, financial viability for potential partners from a land-use and lease rate perspective, target property characteristics, and the timeline for go live. • Collaborated with architects, land-use experts and general contractors for the potential build-out of new Sonder locations including, cost valuations, maximizing site potential, risk tolerance as well as overall design agenda.

Source revenue growth opportunities via management over acquisitions and assets for both the Retail and Multifamily sectors. Managed the full property life cycle including, site selection, scope of work, development, lease-up, and stabilization. Key Accomplishments:• Cultivated and leveraged partnerships with influential brokers, planners, contractors, architects, and designers across multiple targeted markets.• Project managed full rehab lifecycle for underutilized commercial properties handling the review of purchase and sale contracts as well as the review and negotiation of all lease contracts• Worked hand in hand with architectural firms and general contractors on the overall scope, bid negotiation and site potential.• Produced high-impact cash flow statements, financial documents, and waterfall models for senior partners in relation to the full life cycle of each opportunity.
