Being a start-up business, I developed sales opportunities within the multi-purpose and sports floor market. Flooring 2000 focused on the supply and installation of commercial multi-purpose flooring systems together with specialist sports floor surfaces.I was successful in securing an expanded product range through establishing an exclusive agency agreement with one of the worlds leading sports flooring manufacturers, Robbins International. In addition, we were successful in developing a retailing base in South Australia in order to improve market penetration into the consumer marketplace.

Working independently as a distributor based in Florida USA, I established and developed a sales and marketing team to promote and sell a comprehensive range of some of the highest quality environmentally sustainable products available today. Within 18 months we had successfully established a sales team working across 5 states of the USA generating $50k per month. Along with having a responsibility for a personal sales target, I was also responsible for the ongoing sales training and leadership development of Sales Executives.
