Expanded role to deliver efficiencies by aligning Marketing and Sales CRM. Consolidate the technology stack on Salesforce, accelerate the move to virtual events and built out a lead qualification process.Simplified and aligned the Sales and Marketing qualification process by introducing Pardot (Salesforce B2B Marketing). Migrated to Cvent for physical, virtual and hybrid event management, and integrated into Salesforce for a joined-up view of client engagement.

Partnering with Distribution and Change teams to embed and develop a re-imagined Salesforce platform. Moving all agile activities to Azure DevOps for better management and collaboration across teams.Increased Salesforce user base by 60% whilst rightsizing product mix and reducing overall cost per head. Introduced Gearset to empower BA's to deliver change into the platform, and OwnBackup for security.

Delivered all European Retail MI to the sales team, through a combination of SAS, Business Objects and QlikView.Built a platform to give visibility of retail sales through fund platforms to the Sales Team and Finance, partnered with a cost and revenue attribution model to understand client retention and net present value of client activity.
