Managed 10 floors (200,000 sq. ft.) of tenant improvement remodel for Corporate HQ. Teamed with management to select GC, architect, and owner vendors. Teamed with HR and key stakeholder committee to develop new corporate design standards. Strategically managed several large office moves to minimize churn and prepare for company's anticipated growth. Developed budgets, cost tracking mechanisms, and essentially established a facilities department that was non-existent previous to 2011. Supervised office administration and facilities maintenance teams in Denver HQ. Managed other large off-site construction projects and office moves in North Dakota, Wyoming, and Oklahoma.
