Tasked with understanding the technology needs of state governments in the wake of the Affordable Care Act, with specific focus on helping states understand how consumer driven accounts and electronic payments can help improve the quality of care and lower the costs to taxpayers. With over 25 years of experience creating systems for the administration of consumer driven health accounts, DataPath is uniquely qualified to help states as they explore alternatives to traditional Medicaid. In 2014, DataPath was chosen by the State of Arkansas to create the system to manage the Health Independence Account program associated with the Medicaid Private Option, and is poised to help other states as they move forward with consumer driven incentives for the public sector.

Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies, media and web advertising, and public relations for all DataPath divisions and product lines. Recently oversaw the extensive corporate rebranding of DataPath and the launch of multiple new product lines.
