I am currently working as a solutions architect in a role that spans multiple teams with a focus on cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure.Leading multiple teams in the development of a modern management system using Angular, Micro Frontend pattern, Backends for frontends pattern, Auth0, API Gateway pattern, orchestration pattern, and .NET 8.0 backend.Some highlights include:Evaluated Azure container options to move the platform to a container based architecture, revamp the CI/CD processes, automation, and trunk-based branching strategy. Laid the groundwork for building apps in Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Dapr. I laid the groundwork for using feature flags, and build an administration system to manage Azure feature flags in the configuration service.Evaluated identity providers to replace a legacy identity and SSO system. We went with Okta Auth0 and I designed the implementation, built the prototypes, and acted as a consultant to the development teams.

Select past project highlights: Lead architect and engineer on building subscription services into DDI's products.Lead engineer and architect in designing and building new VR prototypes for the business, and designing new content. Was tech lead on the VR code, built in Unity/C#, and delivered to Oculus devices on Android, Windows, and WebGL.Designed and built selection and assessment software. Angular 2.0 and Dotnet Core project to control video cameras in our assessment center. Assessors use the system to start/stop video recordings.Lead engineer on designing and building DDI's "Manager Ready" executive simulation to evaluate executive talent.Designed and built DDI's manufacturing assessment built in AngularJs. It featured a fully configurable and pluggable engine and framework to build experiences and associated scoring. The engine allows quick construction of highly interactive exercises. I designed the framework using AngularAMD so that the exercise modules load on demand. The exercise framework consists of many Angular services, and directives. The user actions are tracked, and then sent to a WebAPI service where I am using the R language to calculate the scoring. Worked on a team that built DDI's assessment delivery and scoring system which delivers random assessments, adaptive assessments, and interactive simulations. The product was built on C#, AngularJs, and SQL Server. This high-volume enterprise application was built for security, scalability, and maintainability. This product is built in a Services Oriented Architecture that fits into a distributed software system utilizing an Enterprise Service Bus.Worked on the administration system for management of users, assessments, processes, and workflows. This is the system the hiring manager uses to manage candidates taking the assessments, viewing reports, setting up users, etc. AngularJs is used for the entire application, with C# WebApi services on the back-end with Sql Server.

Co-founder of MyKhee, Inc which was a company we created to introduce a mobile app where contractors and home owners could connect. Co-produced the architecture and code for the full featured mobile app. Launched the app into production. We approached multiple VCs to get funding, but ultimately could not get funding to launch it to the next level.

This is an IT consulting and software development company that I have been involved with. I have worked as a software architect and software engineer on many projects at this company. I have worked on building high impact web-based software solutions, and custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM installations, integrations, and have built custom CRM plug-ins and solutions. I was also involved with new product development of software and apps.

I created this company to work as an independent consultant on side projects. I dealt with small business clients who needed web page design and web application development. In these projects, I have fully designed and also implemented graphics for web page layouts, built small and medium scale web applications from design to development to support, and have provided server hosting infrastructure.I have also built custom windows applications, built custom servers and workstations, and also implemented entire network infrastructures.

I was a contractor placed at UPS in their technical support group. Initially, I was responsible for maintaining and supporting proprietary hardware and network systems. Shortly however, I was asked to work on intranet projects using ColdFusion and Oracle databases. After a couple months, I started using ASP instead of ColdFusion. In this job, I also designed and created graphics and web layouts.

I took this internship during college, and I was part of the multimedia group. During the internship, I programmed web pages using Perl, JavaScript, SSI, HTML, and CSS.I also assisted in processing video presentations, and developing multimedia presentations using Macromedia Director.
