Project Watershed (Project Sponsor – SVP  CSTO): ✳ Managed project that transformed a shared service, centralized entity that was mapped between 800 people and remapped R&D to each of six global business units. Evolved into an efficient and effective organization to drive innovation and future top line growth, align with business initiatives and continue to deliver on the Baxter mission to save and sustain lives. Smart Process Initiative / New Product Development and Launch Processes (Project Sponsor – SVP  CSTO): ✳ Led initiative to improve the predictability and reliability of New Product Development (NPD) pipeline delivery against the company’s Long-Range Plan (LRP). Program Management Improvement Project (Project Sponsor – VP of PMO):✳ Managed implementation of process improvement initiatives for centralized PMO that elevated the average assessed maturity level of the organization based on Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) in the following categories: Milestone Achievement, Core Team Leadership, Stakeholder Communication, Resource Management, Quarterly Forecasting, Project Prioritization, and Risk Based Life Cycle Management.Project Portfolio Management (PPM) System Refresh (Project Sponsor – VP of PMO): ✳ Managed the incremental upgrade of PPM systems (Microsoft Project Server 2013 & Sustaining Product Operations Tool version 3) and the deployment of third-party tools (HammerHead & Resource Portfolio Manager) within the enterprise environments. PPM system business administrator (post launch) and owner of the software lifecycle management roadmap.
