I hold patents related to 3D printing and other electro-mechanical devices, along with being featured in multiple publications. Additionally, I am a Certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner. I prioritize agile, collaborative, and user-centric approaches to project management and product development.In my most recent role as the Lead Mechatronics Engineer for the Google DeepMind Robotics Operations team, I successfully lead a team of 10-12 engineers across a range of projects involving quadrupeds, robot arms, bi-arm robots, and other platforms for self-learned, agile, and assistive research. Additionally, I spearheaded our relocation to Google X, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of all lab spaces and shops. I also established the machine shop, equipping it with both manual and CNC mills, lathes, and routers to enable in-house manufacturing capabilities for the organization. Leveraging my expertise in rapid prototyping, manufacturing, electro-mechanical design, and CAD skills - I played a pivotal role in designing and testing robotics systems, contributing to the cutting-edge advancement of AI and machine learning applications for robotics.
