In 2009, I co-founded Team Axis Pte Ltd (Multi Sports coaching and Education Company) with my best friend, Nicholas Teo. Team Axis has reached out to:1) Schools Approx 100 schools in Singapore, touching the lives of more than 80,000 students through 24 Sports & Games. All Sports Programme conducted by Team Axis are endorsed under Singapore Sports Countil2) Sinagpore Sports CouncilTeam Axis was the Club Management Agency for Singapore Sports Council's Sport On! Kids Club(SOKC) from Apr2010 - Mar2013. In this 3 years, Team Axis has planned and organised more than 500 Sports Exposure Workshops for the club.3) Singapore Police Force (SPF)Team Axis was appointed to be the Sports Service Provider for Project Green Leaf in 2010. Touching the lives of 300 Youth "At Risk" through the sport of Tchoukball.4) Youth Olympic Games (YOG)In line with YOG, MOE organised the YOG Youth Sports Conference. Team Axis was honoured to be the appointed service provider for the sport of Tennis.5) Health Promotion Board (HPB)In March 2013, HPB launched a new fitness initiative, Sunrise In The City (SITC). Team Axis was the appointed event organiser for the programme launch and also the service provider for the weekly morning workout sessions at Central, Clarke Quay.6) Health Promotion Board (HPB)In May 2013, HPB appointed Team Axis to be the service provider for "Be Smart, Don't Start" Programme. Team Axis will be conducting engaging activities to educate 21,000 upper primary and lower secondary schools in 30 schools to not pick up the bad habit of smoking and alcohol drinking.7) Ministry of Social & Family Division (MSF)In May 2013, Team Axis used the sport of Tchoukball to character develop 30 "At Risk" students of Hong Kah Secondary.
