As a senior member of the Wells Fargo Environmental Finance team, I focused on creating environmental lending and investment products for the bank. I worked across cleantech sectors with a particular focus on solar tax-equity investing:- Deal origination, underwriting, and structuring, directly financing deals at a time when we added nearly $1bn in investments, tripling the size of the solar portfolio- Led Wells Fargo's evaluation of residential solar investment opportunities; developed investment thesis and pitched to some of the most senior managers in the Bank- Expertise in portfolio transitions; managed through two of the first developer work-outs in the industry- Worked closely on asset management responsibilities and supported build-out of specialty AM function- Supported implementation of first investor backup-servicing strategy - Focus on risk management and portfolio monitoring/reporting toolkits for internal (management, credit, etc.) and external (audit, regulators, etc.) stakeholders- Business development across all segments of the solar industry- Management of credit evaluation and approval processes

Worked on a team sizing the global market for different types of power generation facilities (coal, gassified coal, natural gas, solar, wind, nuclear, etc). Developed and presented a report on how US energy policies and politics will shape the energy sector.

Research analyst on climate impact of F100 companies.

Directed the largest campus programming body, responsible for producing on-campus concerts, movies, and speaker events. Managed a staff of sixty and an annual budget of $200,000 to execute three weekly events. Chaired Bruin Bash 2005, a one-day festival with a concert, fair, movie, and dance for over 10,000 students; created a new program model resulting in a 5-fold increase in student attendance, double the campus involvement, and long-term funding sources
