As I spoke about at my last “Get Real” class, motivation can only take you so far which is why you’ll often see sayings or quotes reciting, “Motivation GETS you going, Habit KEEPS you going.” Today the GOOD habit of consistently hitting the gym with my good friend and elite trainer (NASM Master Instructor) Andy Hanley, Owner Hive Performance. He has been helping me achieve tremendous goals AWAY from the office and as you have all heard me say during class ... it’s not about getting better at Real Estate per se, it’s simply about marginal gains, getting just 1% better as a person, each and every day.
