Responsible for reconciling credit memos from vendors to the appropriate SiteOne Return Merchandise Orders (RMOs).This consists of keeping in contact with numerous SiteOne vendors and branches throughout the United States and Canada on a daily basis to ensure credit memos are received in the appropriate time frame and are applied to the correct ledger accounts.Other responsibilities include: working with branch managers to ensure they properly account for replaced and repaired products from vendors; running various reports for SiteOne managers, regional auditors, and controllers; sending credit memos that are not for RMOs to the appropriate department; applying check payments to RMOs; and creating and reversing debit memos when necessary.
