Jason leads the Canadian Automobile Association’s federal government relations activities as a senior member of the national office’s public affairs team in Ottawa. He is responsible for the execution of the federal government relations strategy for the organization, parliamentary outreach and leads the development of research and policy on government relations files.The Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) is one of the largest consumer-based organizations in Canada with more than 6.8 million Members. CAA offers services to Members through its eight regional automobile clubs and over 100 offices across the country. CAA is Canada’s leading national consumer advocate for the travelling public.Jason is also an active member of the government relations community having served 9 years on the Board of Directors of the Government Relations Institute of Canada (GRIC), the organization that represents lobbyists and public affairs professionals in Canada. Jason most recently served two years as GRIC's President (2021-2022) and previously held the roles of Vice President, Treasurer and Chair of the organization's Legislative Affairs Committee for seven years.
