Responsible for working with eight branches within the Central Region to cultivate business development opportunities. Coach and develop branch personnel to identify opportunities that lead to Group Banking presentations in which we have the opportunity to share the benefits of banking with the Credit Union. • Develop and oversee the Central Region Workplace Banking efforts that offers employees of large companies exclusive banking benefits through financial education workshops and other on-site events. • Sell financial services, including deposit accounts, checking and savings accounts, money markets, and home equity loans. • Build relationships with businesses; sell employees on benefits of financial products using consultative sales techniques. • Leverage relationships with internal business partners to create more on-site referrals. • Sell to Purchasing Managers, IT Directors, HR Directors, Marketing Managers, Business Owners, and C-Level Executives at large and small companies; cold call, schedule meetings, perform client needs assessments, sell products and services using consultative sales techniques, sell features and benefits of products and services, overcome objections, negotiate contracts, and close sales. • Develop strategies to increase product sales/cross-sell when on-site, focusing on savings and credit products. • Collaborate with other departments within the Credit Union to improve return on marketing spends and evaluate effectiveness.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Responsible for leading sales and risk management efforts for 14 banking centers in the North Valley in Phoenix, Arizona with combined deposit base of roughly $650 million. Additional responsibilities include market management and human resources management; developing and implementing successful sales and business strategy; coaching team members to develop and execute upon individual goals and objectives; serve as sales manager and provide formal and informal sales training; implement and maintain prescribed security controls while managing within the framework of our standards, policies and procedures.
