I have 20+ years of experience in operations, sales and management in the wholesale and retail industry. I love working on a team that desires to meet the customer's needs and identify ways to improve the business at the ground level and then work together to improve in those areas of opportunity. I love identifying talent in employees and helping them reach their full potential. My experience has given me the opportunity to identify and develop my own skills and abilities. Coca-Cola gave me the opportunity to excel in management and offered quality training as I grew in knowledge and experience as a manager. The last eight years as a pastor/facility manager have also helped develop me in those areas and helped me learn new ways to lead and work with others who have common goals. Those years also gave me the opportunity to identify, train and lead others who had leadership potential and have seen them take on new responsibilities as leaders themselves. I'm looking to find employment where I can continue to grow in these areas and contribute to the overall success of a company or organization.
