• Implemented SalesForce after gathering requirements from our Sales and Purchasing team members, meeting with and reviewing other alternatives, and ensuring pertinent data be available locally off the cloud.
• Created and managed all OLAP cubes, data and usage security as well as having trained users on ProClarity and analysis services; SSRS and web based reporting also usually fell under me.

• A growing financial company needed someone to take over and revamp the IS department, restructure their database, and prepare for a larger user base and out of office employees.

• Developed a FAN/USA division website for clients to find and download appraisals with PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL reducing the amount of time it took for both the clients to receive appraisals and the appraisers to turn.
• Created a MS Access front end program to the MySQL database for managing appraisers, appraisals, and payments resulting in more efficient reporting and drastically reducing the amount of time required for data entry.
• Installed a MS Exchange 2000 server to join the network and manage email.
