• Joined Eagle Canada through the merger of Dawson Seismic Services (Canadian Division), Dawson Geophysical, and TGC Industries.• Marketed seismic exploration services to major Exploration and Production companies, and bid on geophysical acquisition programs in Canada.• Project managed geophysical acquisition programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and Occupational Health and Safety.

• Joined Dawson Seismic Services to start up a Canadian division for their US parent company, built and managed the Canadian Operational group.• Grew revenues from zero to $9 million in the three years from start up.• Developed and executed on annual budget for financial reporting to Executive Management.

• Implemented inventory and process controls, and streamlined staff by eliminating duplicate roles and centralizing certain operational support roles. Results included a 30% reduction in operational expenditures.• Led company through two mergers to become the second largest international geophysical acquisition company. Managed a staff of over 300 people.• Recruited and hired for international operations positions to drive international growth.• Grew Canadian-based revenues from $17 million to $30 million by improving systems to qualify for contracts with super major E&P companies.

• Consulted to both E&P and geophysical acquisition companies across South and Central America.• Assisted foreign contractors with scouting, budget building, and national regulatory compliance.• Project managed front end phases of geophysical operations.
