I have worked in sales, primarily inside business to business phone sales for several different industries including contractor sales, commercial collections, and finance / merchant services - I have a very thorough knowledge of the sales process from a short and sweet transactional sales pitch to more in depth relationship based sales - I am very good at building value, uncovering the true needs, wants, and desires of potential clients and listening to their concerns to properly professionally address and handle objections to move along the sales process, as well as the understanding of the importance of asking for the sale and the cool down process after the deal has been closed to make sure that the customer is comfortable and understands exactly what both the seller and buyer have agreed to in order to complete a mutually beneficial transaction.
