Business Owner & Wealth Strategist.Jason K Powers is a Multi-Business Owner, Real Estate Investor & Wealth Strategist with an eclectic and exciting background ranging from real estate investing to international non-profit work to wealth planning.  Jason is also an Authorized IBC Practitioner certified by the Nelson Nash Institute, possessing a solid foundational knowledge in the theory and implementation of the Infinite Banking Concept, as well as an understanding of Austrian economics and its unique insights into our monetary and banking institutions.Jason started a photography career over 20 years ago which has grown to a national sporting events photography business today.He co-founded an international non-profit and spent 6 years in and out of the jungles of India helping tribal villages become better self-sustaining. Jason also published a coffee-table book, One Man’s Road: A Journey Into North East India, about his journeys through those years.After the 2008 financial crisis, Jason launched a real estate investment business, focusing on assisting homeowners in distress. Initially specializing in wholesaling, he soon expanded his expertise to include fix-and-flip projects and buy-and-hold investments. This ultimately led him to acquire and begin redevelopment of a once sprawling 170+ acre RV camping and recreation area, featuring camping, fishing, and swimming amenities, before passing the torch to new owners.After learning about the Infinite Banking Concept and seeing what it could do for him, Jason dove head-first into helping others around the country set up their own Private Family Banking Systems, change their mindset about money, and experience something life-changing.
