Jason Krone is a CTO at EveryCare at EveryCare. He possess expertise in entrepreneurship, machine learning, software development, design thinking, design and 13 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "In addition to "my day job" running a 25 year old management consulting business, I have the privilege of working with 30 gifted juniors and seniors at Tufts, where I am a Professor of the Practice, and teach marketing. Each semester, I provide my new students with a 16 page syllabus and six marketing projects from real companies. Over the next 13 weeks, the students study content, deliver three HBR case studies, actively participate in our three hour class, and then deliver full marketing plans to the senior management of their project companies. During this most recent fall, 2015 semester, Jason eagerly volunteered to be Team Captain, and he and his team perfectly delivered on the objectives established by their company, FairSail, an international provider of HR software solutions. Jason received an "A" for this course. During the semester, I found Jason to be a strong, inquisitive and hard working leader. He led his team of five with solid direction while managing a complex timeline which ultimately resulted in delivering a full marketing plan complete with both strategy setting and actionable tactics. Additionally, I found Jason's communication skills to be excellent during our classwork. He listens well, thinks through his points and presents this ideas conclusively. I should point out that in addition to the company-based final presentations made to the senior management of the company, each of the teams need to make formal presentations to the class at least once during the semester, and both Jason individuals and his teammates demonstrated strong skills and poise during these.
