My diverse executive level experiences have provided a strong foundation across many cross functional roles including Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Compliance and Operations. I am a results-oriented leader who empowers his teams to elevate the customer experience, innovate and create agile solutions improving performance in key areas like: sales management, customer advice, business and staff development, operational effectiveness and community involvement.I love spending time with my son on and off the ice as well as exploring new adventurers. As a passionate traveller I love new experiences and learnings. After visiting over 30+ countries (with a few of the highlights being Peru, Portugal, Japan and Chile - Torres del Paine in Patagonia) I love seeing new places, cultures and excited for what tomorrow brings!
