Responsible for landscape design, covering six branches at TruGreen LandCare in Northern California. Development of new enhancement sales as well as design support to Regional Branches for existing clients. Creation of plans, sketches and renderings as needed to conceptualize landscape designs for clients throughout Northern California. Oversee installation of larger designs and coordinate between branches, clients and subcontractors for these projects. 3D rendering and AutoCAD utilized for larger, more complex projects. For sustainable 'green' projects I am LEED Accredited and Bay Friendly Certified to assist in development of environmentally/sustainable focused landscape designs.

Primary responsibilities include closing new landscape maintenance contracts for residential, commercial and municipal projects. Work closely with Associations and Property Managers on large landscape enhancements and upgrades. Work directly with property managers, HOAs, and City officials to provide quality landscape maintenance for new and existing residential, commercial and municipal projects. Responsible for marketing coordination to provide better distribution of the company image as it relates to its expertise in irrigation and water management, pest control and horticultural applications.

Responsible for all Sales and Marketing for landscape maintenance related aspects of the company. Fully involved in the design and sales of enhancements over $50,000. Assisted in oversight of Account Managers. Developed and implemented sales plan and focus for fiscal year(s) as well as had presence in all aspects of marketing from tradeshows to vendor networking events and collateral material.
