Designed working solutions to expand functionality of existing code and workflows used to process millions of x12 HIPAA transactions per day.

Leads day to day activities of a scrum team of 10 members within the Enterprise EDI division. Focusing on expanding and enhancing eligibility and benefit information shared through HIPAA transactions. Designed and implemented multiple initiatives allowing project management process to shift from Waterfall to Agile methodology.

Responsibilities included troubleshooting issues related to the creation and implementation of titles for CourseSmart, VitalSource, and Wiley Custom Select. Coordinated with Content Management to identify and correct errors with published ebooks in multiple formats on Amazon.com and iTunes.

I provide support to the Content Technology Group as well as additional product lines of the Production and Manufacturing Department of Wiley's Professional Development Division.

Tier 2 Digital Support Representative: Assisted call center supervisors with advanced troubleshooting techniques and support regarding Barnes & Noble Nook devices, applications, eBooks, and eTextbooks. Took part in testing and providing feedback on prototype devices and software.Knowledge Base Editor: Responsible for reviewing the content and grammar of every article regarding digital content submitted to Barnes & Noble’s customer support database.

Performed the tasks of an Editorial Assistant, including composing buzz letters and trafficking of books and manuscripts to various third parties. Also learned about the overall divisions and practices of a publishing company.
