An experienced, pragmatic, astute and commercially driven senior development and planning professional with an extensive and demonstrable track record of delivering a wide range of high-quality developments through the development process across London and the South East spanning over 25 years. In particular, I have delivered complex mixed-use, residential (for sale, build to rent, affordable) and commercial-led multi-phased regeneration projects through a challenging planning and development environment. I am passionate about creating iconic places that enhance the quality of life, work, and leisure for diverse communities and stakeholders.I have wide experience having worked in local authorities, private practice and most extensively residential and mixed use developers. I am proud to have secured planning consents for some 20 million square feet of development comprising over 10,000 homes and 10m sq ft of office, retail, leisure, community, education, medical and other land uses. (£5bn GDV);North Quay, Canary Wharf - a highly flexible mixed-use development of c.3.8m sq ft comprising a wide range of uses including offices, retail, residential, student housing, co-living housing, serviced apartments, life science lab space, retail, community, and leisure uses across 8 development plots, (£2.5bn GDV);Shell Centre Site (Southbank Place), Waterloo - a mixed-use development of 2.3m sq ft, comprising offices, 877 homes, retail, community and leisure uses, across 8 buildings (£2bn (GDV); Newfoundland, Canary Wharf a 58 storey residential build to rent development of c.600 units with retail and leisure, (£555m GDV); 1 and 10 Bank Street, Canary Wharf - a 27 storey and a 24 storey offices building together comprising 2.5m sq ft, (£1.2bn GDV); Barchester Street, Bow - an affordable housing scheme of 115 homes; Lollard Street, Lambeth - a residential scheme comprising 89 affordable homes and new children's nursery;The Met Office HQ, Bracknell – a housing development of comprising 268 for sale and affordable homes;Oaklands College, St Albans – redevelopment of the former Listed college site to provide 329 homes, a community hall and gym; and Queens Hospital, Croydon – a housing development of 360 residential homes, retail and community hall.
