Responsible for customer relations, managing, directing, and coordinating activities in a professional environment, specifically supervising the work of electricians and technicians performing construction, switching operations, and testing and maintenance procedures on low, medium, and high voltage systems including all substation and switchyard components, generation, transmission, and distribution systems, as well as various commercial and industrial electrical systems and their control systems. Duties include account and project management, estimating and proposal submittals, developing operation procedures, giving direction, and making recommendations to effectively accomplish assigned duties in emergency response and planned scheduled contracts. Also, organizing and maintaining applicable documentation pertaining to personnel performance, operation policies, union agreements, safety, health, and security requirements, integrity of diagnostic test results, asset management, and reporting methods designed to improve efficiency, reduce liability, and comply with various regulatory governing standards.
