In charge of supply chain management of short shelf-life / high velocity grocery items for Amazon Fresh / Prime Now.

- Develop business plans and oversee supply chain and inventory management for the Amazon Fresh business. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business. - Manage inventory availability and inventory health- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business- Drive complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability- Drive tools and process improvements that affect purchasing and vendor management workflows

- Support the WBR (Weekly Business Review) process for North American Business.- Lead processes related to gathering, analyzing, and publishing a broad range of financial and non-financial business metrics and scorecards for Amazon’s retail division. These reports are widely and visibly distributed and actively reviewed throughout the division at the most senior levels. - Tasked with aggressively identifying and executing process improvement opportunities that lead to step-change efficiency improvements without sacrificing data integrity and flexibility

Develope production plans for Quaker snacks and deploy finished goods to PepsiCo distribution centers to exceed customer service objectives while keeping finished goods inventories below target levels

- Maintain capacity model in SAP TCP and improve inventory projection accuracy.- Manage production/sourcing quota for Quaker Foods/Snacks NA network.- Plan production/inventory for Quaker Baked Bars/Cookies as stretch assignment.- Ensure uninterrupted demand signal between ISCP tools.* 2011 Frito Lay/Quaker Supply Chain Leadership Circle Award winner

- Manage customer inventory with direct accountability for improving service level and inventory turns through forecasting in SAP ICH/RR and planning promotion through collaboration with Sales and Demand Synchronization with Demand Planning.- Take charge in Gatorade demand planning for 4 key accounts as stretch assignment.
