- Provided leadership over various functions including operations, finance, HR, legal, community, grants and program office; grew team size from 3-4x across over a dozen cities in an office / remote hybrid environment. - Planned organizational structure and execution plan, policies, processes, deliverables and oversee budgets across the entire foundation. - Responsible over monthly board reporting including presentations over operational matters, risk management, key updates and strategic priorities.- Engaged in special projects to bring in new relationships that will grow and lift the network of the Algorand blockchain protocol, including deepening relationships with existing stakeholders.- Managed multiple ecosystem partners, vendor and agency relationships focused on Algorand priority initiatives and impact areas.
