Connectus (Antarctica Digital) developed marketing automation solutions for global marketing agencies and brands. Their relationship lifecycle marketing methodology was designed to acquire, engage and retain customers through a suite of online marketing touchpoints including email marketing, online surveys and online coupons. Reporting to the COO in London, England, I was responsible for technology strategy and operations including the management of a global team of systems engineers, customer support specialists, technical account managers and outsourcing partners located in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Seattle, New York, Dublin and London.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Centrata was a Kleiner Perkins funded provider of IT Service Management solutions to F500 companies. I was recruited as Centrata's first non-founding employee and started the Vancouver Product Development office where I grew the team from 1 to 20 employees. I was ultimately responsible for managing a global team of 30 software architects, developers, testers and professional service specialists located in Vancouver, Silicon Valley and India.
Abatis (a Newbridge Networks affiliate) was acquired by Redback Networks (now Ericsson) for its innovative suite of IP networking hardware and software products.
