I started this role as a developer for the Geo Analytics project. As we moved into covid and our team composition changed, I was put back into a Team Lead role. As a lead, I was responsible for overseeing and developing features for the following suites: - Geo Analytics: Subsurface Geo and Reservoir properties, Drill Surveys, Zone identification, lateral lengths and other items for all Montney wells and all Planned ARC wells - Well Analytics: Calculate production profiles, well spacing, recovery factors, depletion indexes, parent child relationships, and other items for all Montney wells - Real Time Drilling: Responsible for gathering real-time data from PASON and NOV EDRs in order to provide the Drilling Team and their On Site support with near real time data (2 minute latency) into drilling operations with comparisons to historical wells - Completions Analytics: Ingestion of high frequency completions data in order to provide the completions team with insight into their daily operations - Segment Aggregation: Provided the completions team with a daily report which provides them with aggregated subsurface geo data and aggregated high resolution drilling data on a per-stage basis on a map to allow them to better understand problem frac stages.As a lead I was also responsible for: - Talent Acquisition: Resume selection, interviews, onboarding and mentorship of new employees and contractors - Technical Leadership: Ensuring we stayed on top of emerging trends in the Data Analytics space and implementing them in a manageable and maintable way within our ecosystem - Architecture: With peers, helped to develop a team-wide architecture which would meet the needs of all teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, Enablement and Reporting and our downstream business consumers - Project planning and strategy: As a leadership team, worked to plan and execute projects in a timely fashion while managing dependencies between teams

In my role as Supervisor, I took the opportunity to develop my leadership skills with the Application Development and Sharepoint teams.Team Integration: Orchestrated the integration of formerly separate Application Development and SharePoint teams. By bridging the gap between these units, we together created an environment where collaboration and communication on technical issues helped both teams grow. Bringing the teams together in this fashion helped to greatly improve technical competency, business accumen, teamwork and effeciency for both teams.Strategic Planning: Collaborated with senior management and internal business units to define strategic goals and translate them into actionable projects for our teams. Helped align projects with business objectives to ensure the highest value and impact.Collaboration: Worked closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
