Lead the omnichannel portfolio of Hanesbrands Direct to Consumer operations including 266 value-based outlet retail stores, catalogs and five cCommerce sites (OneHanesPlace.com, Hanes.com, ChampionUSA.com, JustMySize.com, Maidenform.com) which sell products to consumers from the portfolio of brands, as well as a sixth B2B platform servicing wholesale needs to over 15,000 small and medium size customers that includes multi-channel retailers and distributors. Also lead HBI Customer Care Center and distribution operations for the consumer businesses.

Lead the retail, digital and wholesale growth in the United States and Mexico for The Body Shop (L'Oreal group) a $2 billion global manufacturer and retailer of naturally inspired, ethically produced beauty and cosmetics products. Responsible for two hundred fifty company owned and franchised stores, five websites (four languages) and over two thousand wholesale locations.

Responsible for retail stores and eCommerce merchandising, merchandising operations, CRM, category and inventory management, event and promotional planning in stores and online, space productivity and presentation for The Body Shop International (L'Oreal Group) a $2 billion global manufacturer and retailer of naturally inspired, ethically produced beauty and cosmetics products in 300 beauty retail stores in the United States and Mexico. Lead omni channel business development including selective wholesale, expanding new points of customer access and market share with over 2000 retail store partnerships. Responsible for introduction and management of the new TBS Retail Academy to develop existing and new district, store managers and associates with operating skills, product knowledge and selling strategy skills in the US, Mexico and Canada. General Manager of Mexico market responsible for all store operations and P&L and growth expansion strategy.

Responsible for store merchandising strategy, merchandising operations, productivity and presentation in core and specialty retail, Superstore, convenience and luxury formats. Direct and operate all new retail format development initiatives expanding market share in existing and new categories, driving top-line growth, bottom-line growth and capital efficiency.
