Responsible for retail stores and eCommerce merchandising, merchandising operations, CRM, category and inventory management, event and promotional planning in stores and online, space productivity and presentation for The Body Shop International (L'Oreal Group) a $2 billion global manufacturer and retailer of naturally inspired, ethically produced beauty and cosmetics products in 300 beauty retail stores in the United States and Mexico. Lead omni channel business development including selective wholesale, expanding new points of customer access and market share with over 2000 retail store partnerships. Responsible for introduction and management of the new TBS Retail Academy to develop existing and new district, store managers and associates with operating skills, product knowledge and selling strategy skills in the US, Mexico and Canada. General Manager of Mexico market responsible for all store operations and P&L and growth expansion strategy.
