Jason is currently a Partner with Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP's Fraud, Asset Recovery and Investigations team. He has acted for clients in a wide range of civil and criminal matters including contractual claims, probate, employment, tort, regulatory offences and shareholder disputes. He is also a Certified Mediation Advocate with the International Mediation Institute. Jason has co-authored various legal publications, including:- "International Labor and Employment Laws", Singapore chapter, published by Bloomberg Law- “Non-Contentious Probate”, published as part of LexisNexis' Practical Guidance - Singapore- "International Comparative Legal Guide - Corporate Investigations 2024", published by Global Legal Group.As a postgraduate law student, Jason has won academic prizes and represented the Singapore Management University in various domestic and international moot competitions. He was part of the team that won the Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot 2015 and an Honorable Mention (Best Memorandum for Respondent) in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot 2015. Besides participating in moots, Jason was also a Teaching Assistant with the school’s moot program. Jason holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology (with a minor in Religious Studies) from the National University of Singapore and graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from the Singapore Management University.
