STIP is a DHS Level II Major IT Application Development and Infrastructure Program (included in the DHS Major Acquisitions Oversight List) that provides network connectivity, reporting, sensor integration, and business intelligence capabilities to more than 15,000 end-point Transportation Security Equipment devices deployed across 450 airports, servicing a user population of 45,000+. Statutorily responsible for the overall procurement, development, integration, modification, operation, maintenance, and retirement of all devices within the STIP Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) boundary. Served concurrently as the manager of the Systems Cybersecurity and Integration Branch and oversee three functional areas in Systems Cybersecurity, System Architecture, and Program Management.
