Consulting and helping clients design and setup gyms of various natures. 1st notable gym designs would be for a 5,000 sqft gym which was to be located in the Central Region of Singapore. Being a full-fledged gym, choice of different gym equipment was recommended and selected for client. The design being submitted to client for assessment emerged as the final two proposals which client picked. 2nd notable gym design was a beach side location in the East Coast, with an estimated floor area of 8,000 sqft. A full-fledged gym with machines, free-weight area and group class studio, Kickboxing Sport Training Area as well as a juice bar and members' corner (incorporating a kids' play area). Design was picked the final 2 designs picked by client. 3rd notable gym would be the duplex Active Life Center, incorporating a fixed weight machine area, and an approximately 1,800 sqft group class or studio area, together with seminar rooms. A retail corner was also included retailing various sports gear as well as health foods.

Mentoring starts-up who have a deep passion for Kickboxing and Fitness training. Having mentored numerous trainers in the field of Fitness Training and Kickboxing Training since 2008. Trained them, certified them, coached them, guided them and taking them to their next higher level of proficiency and performance. Blessed to have mentored at least 100 potential Kickboxing Trainers, Fitness Trainers. Not stopping just yet so the numbers are still counting! Of course, still overseeing them! Next up mentoring athletes!
