As part of EY's global enterprise strategy team, I delivered competitive intelligence and trend analysis to support business planning, corporate development and strategy execution priorities. Tactics included the use of primary research, analytical methods and strategy frameworks to develop views that enabled decision making by senior leaders. In partnering with colleagues to design/present executive level briefings of competitor and market insights, I helped expand the Global Strategy team’s coverage in APAC and drive strategic alignment across functions such as strategy execution, corporate development and branding/marketing.
