Project Manager on numerous successful Projects totaling >$80MM. Typical projects: a $18MM "5,000 bbl Harp" inlet liquid handling system, a $16MM LPG Truck Unloading Terminal, a $10MM compressor station and pipeline, two (2) $3M NGL Meter Skid Interconnections, two (2) $3M DCS System Upgrade Projects, two (2) $3M "Blast Proof" Control Room and Office Buildings, and a $3M NGL Pump Booster Pump Project, $25MM inlet liquid handling system. Developed and managed a fully integrated Project Management Team (PMT) of expert Project Managers, Engineers, and Controllers responsible for managing the Client’s larger and/or more critical projects. Ultimately, responsible for the successful execution of 49 projects totaling $150MM in AFE funding between 2013 & 2014. 96% (47 out of 49) of the PMT projects met or exceeded the online date specified during AFE funding and 94% (46 out of 49) came in on/under budget. The PMT saved the Client ~$11MM between 2013 & 2014 by introducing internal material management, standardization, technical review protocols, and financial audits. The total cost for the PMT during the same time period was ~$5.5MM (100% return on investment). Key resource in the development of the Client’s NGL Engineering Department from 2012 - 2015. Integral to the development of companies B31.4 Spec., WPS, hot tap procedures, meter station design standardization, PHA/HSE requirements, contract negotiations, and equipment sizing and selection protocols. The average meter station connection cost was reduced from $4MM in 2012 to $1.8MM in 2015. Established project management, project control, and progress tracking standards that are now utilized throughout the company. Coordinated and implemented long and short term strategic plans to maximize the efficiency of the Client’s existing Assets. Developed detailed RFP packages for all aspects of the project. Out of the ~$10MM in Lump Sum Contracts awarded, there have only been ~$100k in approved change orders.

Project Engineer for a $25MM Cryo Plant liquid handling and expansion project. • Fast track expansion of a recently acquired 30 MMscfd cryogenic expander plant to a 70 MMscfd plant. The project was executed in less than a year and included 6 acres of site modifications & site layout (RP753, API RP 500, API RP 520/521, SPCC, TCEQ, PSM), supply of a blast proof Control Room Building (1.5 psi overpressure), replacement of the Amine and Glycol systems, retrofit and incorporation of 2 skid mounted cryogenic units (10 MMscfd ea.), upgrade of Turbo Expander and NGL system, incorporation of (4) new inlet/residue lines, new slugcatcher and condensate stabilization system, 2 new 1400 HP residue compressors and a 7,500 sf. Compressor building, new MCC, PLCs, and ESD systems, truck loading, new heaters and TO Units with BMS. Served as the lead Project Engineer and Construction Manager on the project. Responsible for the site design, site modifications, blast proof control room, civil/structural design, ensuring PSM compliance (MOC, PHA, PSSR), RFP package development, equipment/material specification and expediting, lifting plans, coordinating all equipment inspections and QA/QC procedures, and startup/commissioning. Developed and utilized a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to control costs, schedule, and accurately forecast and manage risks.
