Implemented Infor Visual Manufacturing in an automotive manufacturing environment. ERP systems include EDI Integration, reporting with Gupta, Crystal Reports and PHP. Developed many addon utilities to integrate core business processes with the ERP database. These custom addons include a shop floor barcode system for generating labor tickets, scale integration for part counts, material transfers between work orders for rework material as well as a web interface that provides many reports for production, finance, shipping, materials and quality.

I designed and developed a web based database reporting system capable of concurrently querying multiple data sources. It has an easy to use JavaScript /jQuery report designer that allows non-technical people to configure reports based on their needs. The reports were then created in PDF, HTML and Excel on the server using PHP, Java and BIRT (Business Intelligence Reporting Tool). This reporting system was installed on client sites usually as an ESXi virtual machine. I conducted many training session on the use of this software.I managed the data from a number of asset data collection projects. Merging field databases and resolving data conflicts as well as projecting costs for replacement and maintenance of critical assets for 10 year municipal budgets. (PHP / MS SQL Server / MySQL)

I worked on robotic torch cleaning stations. Mostly mechanical but I did some programming in C++ on the embedded control system to add functionality.

I developed embedded database software for monitoring and reporting real-time machine production, downtime, job variance and scrap. This was an embedded product programmed in VC++ for Windows CE (Visual Studio). I also did performance and regression testing on this product.

Working as a controls programmer I developed and implemented a plant floor monitoring and reporting system to measure shop floor process performance. This was implemented in with a Linux Apache MySQL and PHP. I integrated network data acquisition sensors into mixing, assembly, extrusion and press equipment and used a Red Hat Linux server for database and web server applications. I created web based logbook for inter-shift communication of maintenance and setup activities.

I programmed control systems including Allen Bradley PLCs and Motoman Robotics for MIG welding applications. I developed applications to monitor plant floor automation and processes. I developed applications to error proof shipping labels used by customer (Visual Basic, bar code scanner, PLC interlock)
