Maintaine and repair all manufacturers of forklift trucks and pallet jacks. (Raymond, Toyota, Crown, Clark, Jungheinrich, Hyster, Yale, Cat and others) Experience with Hytrol, Automotion, MayFran conveyor systems, Frazier, Unarco, Mecalux, USP, Husky rack and pick modules, and Remstar carousels and vertical lift modules, and other machine equipment in the field for both private business and government contractors. Diagnosed and estimate any computer errors, damage, or worn parts and provide written estimates/appraisals to customers within budget or contract specifications. Maintaine vehicle parts stock and inventory necessary to repair equipment, order replacement parts as needed. Successfully interact with all levels of client management and employees.

Regularly work with confidential data of research and development on in-house projects and customer experimental applications. Build and test engineering prototypes to preliminary specifications. Using judgment based on product knowledge in substituting components to achieve desired performance results. Record changes and complete preliminary specifications to insure that they completely and correctly reflect the parts and adjustments contained in the prototypes produced. Set up laboratory tests and operate test stands, dynamometers, oscilloscopes, flow meters, and other various measuring equipment with understanding and insight. Working accurately with attention to detail at all levels of work for engineering before being passed on to customers.

Perform receiving, daily transactions, replenishment, physical inventory, and implement inventory controls under the direct supervision of the Branch Team / Ops support Manager. My responsibilities are as follows, check the field technicians’ lockers and ensure proper documentation was signed for by the technician indicating receipt of equipment and file documents as needed. Work all cancelled jobs and return parts for credit as needed. Issue parts and transact each transaction real time. Apply needed parts to jobs using Oracle as needed. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders as well as maintain records of received goods. Reject nonconforming parts as needed. Duties also required close work with the Service, Commercial, Residential, and Small business install teams to create pick slips and cost jobs on a daily basis, as well as order parts on upcoming jobs. Implementation and completion of the physical inventory at least once per year.
