Launched market intelligence tool throughout company’s InStore Bakery marketing division to gather data from supermarkets nationwide. Led transformation of Rich’s Customer Care tools and integrated into supply chain platform providing 360-degree view of customer information. Launched Customer Relationship Management for the North America business unit leading to over $3.5M in annual cost savings.
