As the Chief Executive Officer of Makris Group, one of Australia's largest privately owned property groups and overseeing the performance and management of all property assets across Australia with a portfolio value of over $1 billion.In my current role, I lead a team of over 100 professionals who share my vision of creating exceptional and sustainable property solutions that enhance the lives of our customers, tenants, and communities. I leverage my skills in new business development to identify and execute strategic opportunities, optimise operational efficiency and increasing the occupancy and revenue of our investment portfolio. Some of my recent achievements include a development application approval for the reimagined Marina Mirage and securing a hotel management agreement with A Luxury Collection, Marriott.
