Ran hotel chain reports in Excel and sort hotels who has yet to submit or who has not paid and get our account manager at chain level to follow up on their end using pivot tables. Assembled market share and production reports at national and provincial level.

I researched the connection between ecohealth and watersheds and how the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) can use ecohealth indicators in their watershed reporting. A report was created looking at:1) the application of ecohealth indicators at a watershed scale;2) information about the development and implementation of ecohealth indicators used by other organizations nationally;3) how TRCA’s municipal partners are using ecohealth indicators in public health, and what indicators they would recommend TRCA consider adopting; and4) considerations for topics, themes, and frameworks that TRCA could be used to develop ecohealth indicators for inclusion in their watershed reporting.I recommended the use of indicators that relate to the connection between subjective wellbeing, on the thought that a person's life satisfaction relates to the environment they live in.

An evaluation of My Service Canada Account’s Digital First Approach was conducted to examine if the program aligns to the service expectations of clients using the services offered in-person. The objective of the digital first approach is to shift citizens to a more technology-savvy environment in which they can utilize computers to complete their needs as they relate to EI, CPP, OAS, and update their personal information.An evaluation report presented a series of findings that show how well the program is running and any needed improvements. The recommendations incorporate the responses from surveys and interviews by clients and staff, respectively.
