Jason is a Director at Ignite Architects, a design-led practice that delivers local and international projects within the disciplines of architecture, interior design, and master planning. He is a registered architect with over 25 years of professional experience, 13 of which he spent working in Asia and China, leading major projects and businesses in the region. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of South Australia and two Graduate Certificates in Business and Practice of Architecture from Deakin University and the University of Newcastle.Jason has a proven track record of designing and managing complex and integrated mixed-use, workplace, corporate campus, hospitality, and tall building developments, with a focus on creating designs that are intelligent, experiential, and people-orientated. He has been involved in numerous high-profile projects, such as the Cochlear Sydney Manufacturing Campus Refurbishment, the Australian Embassy Beijing Extension and Upgrade, the Shijiazhuang Provincial Exhibition/Convention Centre, and the 2008 Beijing Olympic Village, which was recognized as the world's largest green neighborhood and rated as LEED Gold. He is also an innovator in prefabricated construction, having co-owned a business that developed multiple patents in this field. Jason is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients and his team and leveraging his extensive local and international network to create new opportunities and partnerships.
