• Act as a main internal liaison between Omni’s Sales and Consulting teams on consultant scheduling, placements and skill-set evaluation per client requests.• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to maximize value and to assure proper alignment and placement.• Review Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Service Agreements and assist with the sales execution process.• Manage resource allocation across Omni’s client base including tracking resource bandwidth and forecasting future availability for scheduling new engagements. • Participate in sales pursuits for new clients and opportunities.

• Provide project management services to our customers using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Responsibilities include: Developing and managing project budgets, scope, deliverables against timelines, client relationships, continuous internal process improvement, resource management and managing client expectations.• Participate in sales pursuits for new clients and opportunities.
