ADVICE OPERATIONS• Accurately and efficiently process financial and clerical instructions provided by clients and Financial Advisors• Serve as a subject matter expert for managers, crew and clients for a Daily Transaction Report, the manual mail process and legacy Personal Advisor Services• Special projects:• Created a job aid for the Daily Transaction Report• Created and improved job aid and training materials for several different daily processes.• Assisted in enhancing the new hire process• Lead in the training of new hires and current crew for the DTR VBA report and manual mail process• Assisted in creating a job aid for the VBA upgrade report• Created and programmed a rotating daily schedule in Excel• Experience in using both internal Vanguard systems and external online tools to research financial holdings and related financial analysis information• Effectively communicate with internal clients to educate and solve complex situations• Ensure the quality and security standards are met with all manual and electronic communications with clients• Utilize AWD, IMH and CRM systems for processing forms and the client enrollment process• Managed the one-off fee reject process• Exercise my experience and knowledge in Retail Services and the Education Savings Group to educate on the procedures of those departments and the various departments they interact withPERSONAL ADVISOR SERVICES• Quickly and accurately entered and verified information provided by clients to generate Vanguard Financial plans• Utilized internal and external services, such as WAVE, TIDE, Morningstar and PlanIT2000, to ensure all financial holdings provided by the client were properly classified in the final VFP reportI also took on customer service roles in Retail Services and the Education Savings Department
