The main project I was running was our “Retro Fit” project. This project’s end goal was to get all OT network devices moved from IT network to OT Network. This was a long and hard task. Our first major task was to get an understanding of all OT devices currently on the network, at the same time developing a strategy for how the OT network would be designed. Another project I worked on was Edge Kit refresh. This project was to replace onsite server kits that had aged out. While not as large a project, this project ran very smoothly and was completed withing the required timelines.

This included designing, installing, and maintaining. Our largest project was upgrading around 150 rooms to Microsoft Teams rooms over a couple months. We also supported CEO Town Halls both in person and remote, with viewers of up to 4,000. I was able to create a standard so people travelling would be able to use a room in any location as it was the same as their home office.
