Senior coordination of staff and key youth projects including CYDA's DREAM Employment Network, Young Leaders Program, Youth Council and National Youth Disability Summit.

Responsible for the program design, facilitation and delivery of key national programs including the National Youth Disability Leadership Program (Young Leaders Program) and National Youth Disability Summit for young people with disability from around Australia aged 16 - 25 years. My role involves program design and delivery, leading co-design and focus groups, casual employee management, online facilitation, advocacy and supporting the capacity building of young people with disability to use their lived experience to participate in systematic advocacy opportunities with government, stakeholders and key groups / panels.

As part of a short term contract, I coordinated the planning and delivery of Melbourne FC’s Community programs and initiatives including AFLW match days and clinics, Family Fun Night at Bunjil Place, Community Camp and Family Day; along with coordinating the deliverables of the City of Casey partnership.My contract came to an end prematurely due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the government restrictions placed on large scale events in March 2020. I stayed employed on a casual basis with Melbourne FC for the next three seasons, working regularly on match days as a Supporter Engagement Officer for both AFL and AFLW matches, as well as assisting with other Club events and activations.

I have completed a number of roles across event management, logistics, operations, staffing and participant experience on a contractor/freelance/casual employment basis with leading organisations including Tennis Australia, The Place Agency, Spark Events, Event Workforce Group, O2 Events, IMG, GTR Events and Melbourne International Comedy Festival.Some of the events and activations I have worked on include the Australian Open, Melbourne Marathon, Australian MotoGP, Amy’s Gran Fondo, Cycling Australia Road Nationals Ballarat, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Aus X Open, Peter Mac Unite to Fight Cancer, White Night Ballarat, Metro Tunnel Markets, City of Port Phillip pop ups and numerous other events and activations.

Assisted the Manager – Communications & Events to plan and deliver the Victorian Disability Sport & Recreation Festival (VDSR Festival) which took place on International Day of People with Disability.My roles included event planning, stakeholder management, communications, CRM, operations andlogistics and volunteer management.

Providing support and advice to the local community of Darebin and the 70+ local sports clubs that operate within the municipality; to ensure inclusion and participation of underrepresented groups including people with a disability, LGBTIQA+ community, women in sport, CALD communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. I was also responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of the 'Get Active in Darebin' program, a free exercise and family friendly program; popularly attended by residents from low income households and seniors’ groups.

Coordination of the Social Sport program (including pop up events/activations) and Group Fitness for RMIT Sport. As part of the wider Student Life offerings, our programs were diverse and inclusive and engaged both students and staff while they were on campus leading to an overall improved student experience. Reaching and engaging thousands of students (domestic and international) each year. During my time at RMIT, I was responsible for the project management and delivery of the UniSport Nationals 3x3 Hustle, the biggest sporting event that the university has ever hosted on campus. Active member of the Education Portfolio 'Staff Engagement Network', who have the aim of improving the workplace culture for staff.

Event and account coordination for a range of major events and activations on behalf of leading clients including Nike, City of Melbourne, J. P. Morgan, Wheelchair Sports NSW, Red Bull and Bloomberg. I coordinated the planning and delivery of over 30 campaigns - from corporate running events, to mass participation football activations and major road cycling races all around Australia and New Zealand.

Managing various inner-city venues for City of Melbourne's Active Melbourne City Sports (AMCS) and Corporate Cup programs.

Assisted the Inclusion and Participation Development Officer by primarily working on the 'Baseball For All' program as well as other promotional events and clinics.

Through a University Business Internship, I assisted the Commercial, Game Development and Leagues & Competitions departments.

Conducted a University placement within DSR's SportRec Access program, with the aim to connect people with disability to sports opportunities and programs in their area; as well as assisting with events such as WheelTalk and inclusion festivals.
