In January 2013 we acquired a new business, Electroserv (TC&S) Limited which has been successfully trading for over 40years. This acquisition has allowed us to diversify within the engineering industry and not only supply quality services but also a wide range of quality products.When we bought Electroserv (TC&S) Ltd the company was built around the temperature, control and sensors (TS&S) side of instrumentation but we are changing this so we can supply all types of instrumentation and services. With all our years of experience, knowledge, expertise and by recruitment / investment in people we will grow in to our existing and new sectors. Electroserv + is our new brand that will encompass all the services that we currently offer as two companies (Electroserv TC&S Ltd and Field & Black Ltd) making the whole business model sleeker and more professional. As we grow this also enables us to bolt on new services, such as calibration and manufacture (of which both are progressing well). In conclusion, this is an exciting time to be a part of Electroserv + and we plan going forward to introduce new ideas, create positive changes and stimulate the workforce. We have enlisted the help of senior personnel whose knowledge and drive will support this vision.
