Changing them from centres of excellence to customer-aligned delivery factories to meet business demand.Outsourced all onsite development (ITO) to India, saving approx 30% development, massively increasing flexibility & scale and delivering much more to the business.Transformed the IT delivery process to Work-Package based delivery, increasing process efficiency and flexibility and saving costs for delivery.

Transformed the way IT was tested by setting up the Test Management team and increasing testing coverage and depth across all technologies.Built people development plans to ensure the testers had the best training available to make a step-change in test maturity and capability in CPW.Drove an ambitious Test Management outsourcing agenda achieving up to 1:10 onshore/offshore ratio with flexible resourcing and decreased costs by approx 50%.Set up Test effectiveness metrics and measures to demonstrate and track significant value add through a Test Management team.
