• Performed all responsibilities of a Senior Technical Recruiter in addition to:• Partner with business leaders and executives to identify their upcoming technical strategic initiatives and provide targeted consultants to ensure their associated objectives are achieved on time and within budget.• Consulting clients have included local and national industry leaders, startup organizations, schools and universities, as well as Federal, State, and Local governments.• Attract, hire, and develop a team of specialized technical consultants to complete strategic project objectives for local businesses.• Through effective scheduling and planning, ensure our consultants are fully engaged on interesting and challenging work while solving meaningful problems.• Recruit and place technology professionals at all skill levels with our clients on both short-term contract, contract to hire, and full-time positions.
