• Worked with a national motivational speaker to develop a web based real estate sales training program that included an application to track real estate agent activities and generate weekly activity reports for their management.• In this role, I was responsible for working with end users to develop requirements and expectations for the application and then translate them into technical requirement documentation for the development team.• Product Manager over the development and marketing of the training application.
