Management of mushroom harvest production, distribution, and transportation planning, logistics management including company fleet & 3PL, and management of the order assembly, shipping and receiving , and customer service teams.Past: Fyffes China, ripening and distribution centre, operations manager. I planned and executed the daily workings of warehouse operations. Planning, managing, and implementing schedules to ensure deadlines are met, whilst maintaining a high-quality standard of production and delivery. I oversaw the importation and customs inspection document preparation and finalisation.
